Returns & Refunds Policy

ACFA Creative House produces items in small batches and/or on a made-to-order basis. Because of this, our return and refund policy is intentionally limited.

1) All Sales Are Final (Baseline Rule)

All sales are final unless an item arrives:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • or materially incorrect due to our error

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect size selection
  • delays caused by shipping carriers
  • normal variations in handmade or printed items

2) Digital Products (No Returns)

All digital product sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital files, we do not offer:

  • refunds
  • exchanges
  • cancellations

Exception:
If a file is technically broken or unusable due to an error on our end, contact us and we will correct or replace it.

3) Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • your order confirmation
  • clear photos of the issue
  • a brief description

We will review the issue and provide a resolution, which may include:

  • replacement
  • repair
  • or refund (when appropriate)

4) Resolution Discretion

All resolutions are handled case-by-case.

We reserve the right to:

  • determine whether an issue qualifies
  • choose the appropriate resolution (replacement, repair, or refund)

5) Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • used items
  • altered items
  • items not in original condition
  • digital downloads

6) Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if production has not started.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled.

7) Chargebacks & Abuse

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:

  • dispute the claim
  • cancel future orders
  • restrict access to the Site
