Shipping & Delivery Policy

ACFA Creative House produces items on a made-to-order basis. This means your order is created after you purchase it—not pulled from a warehouse shelf.

1) Order Processing (Production Time)

Most items are produced using a just-in-time (JIT) model.

  • Standard processing time: up to 3 weeks
  • This includes production, preparation, and packaging
  • Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received

Some items may ship faster if inventory is already available.

Processing time may vary depending on:

  • order volume
  • product type
  • production constraints

2) Shipping (Transit Time)

Once your order is completed and shipped, it is handed off to a third-party carrier (such as USPS or another provider).

Shipping time is separate from processing time and depends on:

  • destination
  • carrier performance
  • weather, holidays, and other external factors

Delivery timelines begin after the order has been fulfilled and shipped.

3) Shipping Confirmation

When your order ships, you may receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier, not ACFA Creative House.

4) Delays

We do not guarantee delivery dates.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers
  • incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • weather or service disruptions
  • peak seasons or holidays

Once an order is shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.

5) Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • reshipping costs may apply
  • delays will occur

6) Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

7) International Shipping (If Applicable)

International orders may be subject to:

  • customs processing
  • import duties or taxes
  • additional delays

These are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by ACFA Creative House.
