Authors’ Bio

This house has two authors. One is louder. One is quieter. Both are intentional.

I’m the primary troublemaker here. I write, paint, document, question, rebuild, and occasionally swear at inanimate objects. The work comes out as essays, process notes, visual pieces, and whatever sharp thought didn’t feel like being polite for comfort. Nothing is dressed up. Nothing is sanded smooth. If it holds together, goes out into the front door wrapped in a pretty box with a tiny bow.

The Engineer occupies his own corner of the house for a reason.

He writes poetry, verse, and longer pieces that move differently than mine—more measured, sometimes mathematical, sometimes wandering. Where I punch holes in things to see what leaks out, he traces the structure and listens for resonance.

Different wiring. Same roof. ACFA Creative House started under pressure. It runs on coffee, duct tape, humor, and a healthy suspicion of tidy narratives. Some days are productive. Some days are just documented. Both count.

The Front Porch is open.
